We at StudentConsulting are currently looking for driven and committed individuals for an assignment with our client in Malmö. You will be employed by StudentConsulting but work at our client – a leading player in the food industry specializing in the production of sprinkles, candies, and decorative sugar products.

In the role of operator, you will work in a production environment managing machines and monitoring the manufacturing process. You will handle materials used in production. If necessary, you will quickly step in and resolve any production disruptions. You will also be involved in cleaning and maintaining the equipment according to established routines. The work is carried out in close collaboration with colleagues to ensure an efficient flow in production.

Your main tasks will include:

• Handling and monitoring of machines
• Production work in various stages
• Quality control and labeling
• Loading and unloading of materials

Working hours are scheduled for day or evening shifts, starting as soon as possible.

We are looking for someone who is responsible, meticulous, and enjoys physical work. You should have good teamwork skills and be comfortable working in a team. Previous experience in production is an advantage, but the most important thing is that you are motivated and have the right attitude. Since there may be work during times with limited public transport, we prefer that you have a driver's license and access to a car. A forklift license is also a big plus.
